Placing an Order

As every textile design is unique, each project is individually quoted to match all production requirements. To place an order, please submit a contact form request or send us an email at info@imagosupply.com

Digital/sewing proofs

Digital proofs are produced approximately 5-7 days upon placement of your order. Stitch outs for embroidery orders are approximately 7-10 days after placement of your order. Production of the product does not begin until approval of the digital proof/stitch out is complete. Due to the custom nature of the product, we are unable to reproduce or refund the order once approval of the product is made. Therefore, after approval of digital/sewing proof, all sales are final.

Screen printing

Screen printing orders have an industry standard 3% misprint allowance of the total order. Misprints are classified as errors in dimensions, angle, handling error, tears in product, and exact color matching.

Colors

We match as closely as possible within CMYK industry standards and may appear with subtle alteration from design to design given the display on computer monitors (RGB values from monitor display). Heavy stocks can absorb more than other stocks, which can affect color results.

Turnaround

For most projects, the turnaround time is approximately 14 days after the proof has been approved. However, each project is different with a unique turnaround time. Given current supply chain issues throughout the textile industry, our final turnaround time can fluctuate between 5-7 days from the initial expected delivery date.

Service

While this is very uncommon, Imago Supply reserves the right to refuse final production to every accepted textile project at any point during the production process, even after payment has been received. In the case of a refused project, a full refund will be given to the customer within 5-7 days.
